Jeff Berardi helps professional services organizations that are looking to enhance their marketing communications, business development, and sales activities. Previously serving in the C-suite at three global organizations, Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development strategy, focusing on building corporate brands as well as fostering and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients. Jeff is a certified GrowBIG® sales trainer and coach, and an accredited Smart Collaboration Accelerator coach.
Jeff spent 15 years at K&L Gates, an international corporate law firm with offices on five continents. During his long tenure as CMO, Jeff played a significant role in helping the firm grow its annual revenue from $350M to more than $1B, its number of offices from 10 to 45, and the overall number of lawyers from 800 to more than 2,000. As just one example of his impact, Jeff personally directed the launch of the K&L Gates brand in 2007, which quickly grew to become a top 10 U.S. law firm brand and a top 20 global law firm brand under Jeff’s oversight.
In addition to advising more than two dozen professional services companies as a consultant, Jeff also served as the chief marketing & communications officer (CMCO) at global advisory and expert services firm Ankura Consulting Group, and as chief business development & marketing officer (CBDMO) at global law firm Arnold & Porter. Throughout his career as a consultant and in various C-level roles, Jeff has focused on improving the integration of marketing and sales.
Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
